Man Browser is a web browser for Android and Windows. This page explains how it handles your data.
Bookmarks, browsing history, open tabs and settings are stored only in the app's storage on your device. In incognito mode the app keeps no history, tabs or cookies, except incognito bookmarks you choose to save, which stay on the device and are never synced.
If you sign in with Google, the app requests only:
drive.appdata): a hidden folder only this app can access, used for the sync file (bookmarks, history, settings) and for app update files you publish yourself. The app cannot see or change any other file in your Drive.Data travels directly between your devices and Google. The developer runs no servers and never receives, stores or sees your data. You can sign out at any time in Settings, and delete the hidden app data from Google Drive → Settings → Manage apps.
Man Browser's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When "Google DNS" is on (and always in incognito mode), the names of sites you visit are looked up over an encrypted connection with Google Public DNS (dns.google), covered by the Google Public DNS privacy policy.
Runs entirely on your device with filter lists shipped in the app; no browsing data is sent anywhere.
The developer does not sell, share or transfer your data to third parties. The app has no ads and no analytics.
